The 1st Minuteman
1984 was the year it all began! A vivacious young League makes our first National Tournament a reality! Teams from San Francisco, Milwaukee, D.C., New York, and South New England make their way to Boston to begin the enduring tradition of the Minuteman Classic Tournament!

The Minuteman became one of the largest Tournaments in the Country, with teams returning to Boston year after year ... including the "Hidden Door" team from Dallas, Texas (shown at left).

1990's Minuteman VII - X
The success of the Minuteman during the 1980's played a key role in NAGAAA's choice of Boston and the Beantown Softball League to be the host of the 1991 Gay Softball World Series!

2000's Minuteman XI - XII
After an absence of 7 years, the Minuteman returned! And with the tragic events of 9/11/01, the US Flag became an important symbol of our country's solidarity against terrorism ... and ... for the good sportsmanship and spirit of the Minuteman!
