Athletics

The Atheletics Committee is responsible for:
  • Player Ratings/Scheduling
  • Fields (selection, preparation, scheduling, permits, etc.)
  • Rules (ASA, NAGAAA and Tournament Rules)
  • Umpire Coordination
  • Equipment (softballs, bases, etc.)

Communications & Marketing

Chair: Paul Gagnon

The Communications & Marketing Committee is responsible for:
  • Registration Fees
  • National Recruitment (teams via outreach and players via website registration)
  • Inter-Tournament Communications (score reporting, bracket updates, internet updates [website, Twitter, etc.], etc.)
  • Field Facilities (port-o-potties, lost and found, etc.)
  • Tournament Awards and Programs
  • Marketing (design and production of the website, t-shirts, swag, etc.)

Events

Chair: Jim McNulty

The Events Committee is responsible for:
  • Hotels & Transportation
  • Outings (tours, city events, etc.)
  • Opening & Closing Ceremonies
